Video intelligence
The management of intelligence in IP cameras can optimize processing of image analysis. Indeed, last generation cameras can make an image analysis through the integration of a specific analysis processor (DSP). In contrast to analog solutions where processing analysis is done by one or several dedicated servers, each camera becomes a potential source of video analysis. The power of the analysis is then without limit, it is possible to design intelligence video complex architectures at lower cost.

In contrast to the detection on areas included in conventional cameras, video intelligence does not include the natural movements of wind that move tree branches, rain, snow, sudden change in brightness

- Virtual line crossing
The alarm is triggered if objects, people or cars in motion cross two virtual lines, with directions or with estimates of defined speed. The applications are numerous:
- Input/output meter
- No-entry detection
- Speeding detection

- Detection in complex image area:
The alarm is triggered if objects, people or cars in motion are detected in an area of the complex picture, as a polygon (and not as a rectangle in most cameras).
Applications can be:
- Video intrusion
- Surveillance of virtual security perimeter
- Appearance or disappearance of objects

Smart detection module can decode Meta data streams from smart cameras. It is then possible to set up in VXCore up to 3 filters and intelligent alarms by decoded stream. |
